What's the most useful question you have answered (recently, or in general, in a conversation or while self-reflecting/review time)?

To me, it is 'What's really important now?' I was reminded about it by Greg McKeown's book 'Essentialism'. It is changing my way of looking at things, and seeing the priorities. It is helping me say 'yes' and 'no' to new projects with confidence, passion and responsibility. I wonder where this question leads me in 2019 :-)

As a language teacher, I am also thinking about pros and cons of asking personal questions in class, and in life. I realize I don't like answering personal questions.
