The place is value for money 눉rooms were not proper broken locks and toilet. 눉There is no washroom facilities for the driver of our own car and the car parking is cramped and little bit uneasy.
For the money I paid, I must have been given the complimentary Breakfast- but I was not.눇The location, ambiance and access to other places is good. The rooms and bed and the total property is well maintained. 눉the service of the reception and staff could be better! 눉If you stay on the ground floor, there is a lot of noise because of moving chairs and tables around, you won't be able to rest due to jet lag. They leave cleaning supplies in front of a few rooms at the back which is smelly, unhygienic and inconvenient. Food, Room service are upto mark and staff was friendly. 눉AC was a bit noisy.눇I would have left more comfortable had they provided me with a Single Queen Size bed instead of 2 Single Size Beds. 눉Woke up early morning to noisy housekeeping and movement of furniture. We felt like there were boulders moving above and on telling the staff about how much of a nuisance it was, no action was taken. 눇Very comfortable and worth the cost. 눉Air conditioner did not work properly. We brought it to their attention but they did not change our room.눇Size of the rooms 눉1) Staff was not very courteous. 2) Demanded paying entire amount upfront on check-in. 3) Had requested a quiet room but was given a room with a faulty and noisy air conditioning unit. When maintenance checked they mentioned it would be repaired but it was only taped and no room change was offered. 4) Room service took quiet a long time, felt that the hotel's F&B team was understaffed.
