I know nothing about buying beds besides the concepts of frames, mattress and boxsprings (well, that and buying new to avoid bedbugs). What kinds of factors should I be considering? Where and how should I be buying my bed? What's a reasonable price? This is in the U.S.A. 2017 RV & Tent Rates Enjoy our private and scenic campground on 22 wooded acres with a beautiful stocked fishing pond, just minutes from downtown Cooperstown. All of our RV sites come complete with water & electric hook-ups (some with sewer connections, some with 50 AMP electric service, and some pull thrus.) Our mobile sewer service is available for a small fee. There is a fire ring and picnic table at all RV and tent sites.
We have shaded & sunny sites available, sites that will accommodate pop-up campers, tents, travel trailers, 5th wheels and large motorhomes, including tow vehicle. Many of our sites are lakefront, which gives you the ability to fish right from your very own campsite and enjoy our fountain lit pond. We can accommodate group camping if reservations are made early. We have several areas of our campground designed for groups. Per NYS Board of Health rules, only 1 camping unit per site. Hitch free camping is here! We have several on site deluxe travel trailers and Deluxe Cabins for rent in our campground. Our trailers/deluxe cabins vary in size, ranging from 26 feet to 40 feet with lofts, so that we can meet the accommodation needs of our campers. Our trailers/deluxe cabins sleep 3 to 6 persons, depending on the unit. Per NYS Board of Health, max of 6 persons in any of our rental units. Each trailer/deluxe cabin has a kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, sink, small oven with stove and dinette area. Each has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Each trailer has a living area with sleeper sofa. All travel trailers and deluxe cabins have heat and air conditioning. Sleeping quarters vary per trailer/deluxe cabin. We have queen size beds, double beds, bunk beds, sleeper sofas, etc. Please call us for your travel trailer reservations so that we can best match your personal requirements. We can advise you of bed sizes for your particular unit. Each trailer/deluxe cabin has an attached awning or covered porch, outdoor BBQ grill, fire ring, and picnic table. You will need to bring your own linens or sleeping bags and any other items you need for your camping experience, including cooking equipment and supplies. Trailers and deluxe cabins are furnished with dishware, silverware and very limited cooking equipment. Sorry, no smoking, BBQ’s, fryers or candles are allowed in our trailers or deluxe cabins. Pets cannot be left unattended. Again, please call us for your travel trailer and deluxe cabin reservations or for more information. Our camping cabins have become very popular accommodations with many of our guests and bring an ambiance of comfort and convenience while visiting Cooperstown. Our beautiful log cabins are quite cozy with 3 full size beds (which will sleep a maximum of 6 people), small dresser, table and chairs, mini refrigerator, and microwave. Comforts include indoor electricity and lighting, mattresses, curtains, fans, front porch with a cedar swing and porch light, BBQ grill, fire ring, outdoor water spigot, and a picnic table. The restroom facilities for the log cabins are located just within 3 sites from each cabin. camping cabins do not come equipped with bedding/linens, cookware, utensils or dishes … make sure you pack these supplies for your camping vacation. Sorry, no smoking, cooking, BBQs, candles, or pets* are allowed in the rustic cabins or on the cabin porch.
There is a spacious area in front of each cabin for entertaining and cooking. You can sit back and relax on your front porch in the swing and watch the sunset or evening show from the stars. We can only accommodate guests of registered campers. Quiet time is at 10pm and we ask that day guests leave by this time. There is a maximum of 4 guests and 2 vehicles per site. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets and will be denied admittance to campground. Team Parties: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate team parties at our campground. However, we are only 2 miles from Glimmerglass State Park, which has great facilities for teams to gather. Please give them a call if you would like to host a party for your team at 607-547-8662. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees RV & Tent Sites These options are only if the space is available. Early check-in is no earlier than 12 noon and Late check-out is before 4:00 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm until 7:30 pm. (As a courtesy to our campers, no check in to campground allowed after 9:00 pm) CHECK OUT TIME FOR RV AND TENT SITES IS Any exception to these check in/check out times must be pre-approved by campground management.
