No group has ever been 99% safe, in fact there have always been ways to be able to throw them down, even managing to bypass the security flaws of Telegram. In fact we are not talking about children but serious problems that can make all the precious time to air to grow a group and be able to get in many goals, then reduce it in a poor and empty group, as if it were his first time and then ricatapultare in the starting point, then having to start again from the beginning. The attacker who has great knowledge of hacking, can also alternate the group's messages and banish the current user until the group deflates (as if he had the powers of admin, even though it is not). You can easily recognize it when you pass for one of us admin and often use fake accounts.
HOW TO PROTECT YOU?

In addition it is strongly recommended to all users (especially the admin) to be protected with a passphrase (a strong password), with at least 15 to 40 (or more) characters, including both capital and small letters, so such that an attacker can not succeed in doing his job. How to put the passphrase? Press the three dashed dashes icon, then go to Settings> Privacy and Security> 2-Step Verification and from there enter the passphrase.
