DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Project Manager for our Moscow office to make the team even stronger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and support all development activities according to Scrum principles;
- Supervise the projects to improve company's business processes;
- Control and evaluate the performance of the development and quality assurance teams;
- Develop, introduce and implement various efficiency improvement tools across major business functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Significant and demonstrable experience in successfully delivering Agile project;
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory;
- Technical background in development (3+ years);
- Good knowledge of and skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;
- Confident decision maker with proven experience in communicating and influencing with key stakeholders;
- Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.
NICE TO HAVE
- Certified specialist (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, etc.);
- Certifications/knowledge of Nexus, SAFe, LeSS;
- Certifications/knowledge of LEAN.
