About the project:

Our client, a fast-growing international IT company(We develop mobile apps for IOS & Android) headquartered in London and engaged in projects in the US, Canada, Australia and Great Britain. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of clients and projects, the company is seeking candidates for the position of the Project Manager.

Required skills:

• Project management;
• English at Upper Intermediate and Advanced level;
• Experience of working in companies with the headcount of 100 employees and working with Custom Software Development projects for foreign (English speaking) customers;
• Experience of developing expertise of the companies;
• Extensive knowledge of IT industry;
• Understanding basic principles and cycles of software development;
• Ability to maintain contacts with clients located in various time zones (Australia, Europe, and USA);
• Ability to work independently and formalize the process around.

Tasks:

• Managing the portfolio of the projects run by the unit;
• Managing and supervising the key projects of the portfolio;
• Developing the expertise of the project management of the unit and transferring the expertise to other project units of the company;
• Expansion and development of the project management department of the unit;
• Including hiring project managers;
• Developing and maintaining the KPI system.
