English: upper intermediate

Duties:

Pre Sales activities with a sale representative;

Project Estimation;

Project launch(kickoff);

Coordinating Team members;

Coaching of team leaders and developers;

Project health monitoring;

Help customers to establish the development process;

Conflict resolution within teams;

Solving issues with customers;

Participating in job interviews with candidates;

Performance interview with developers;

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Project Management;

Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM, Kanban);

Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming;

Fluent English;

Good communication skills;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and innovative
