Job Summary

This role, based in Moscow, will drive through the deployment of Merchandising Programs at the point of sales across the various distribution channels and products given the business needs and priorities as set by the relevant sales teams. This individual will play a key part in managing a seamless execution of forecast, site survey and installation of Apple Merchandising Programs, in compliance with Apple’s quality expectations, advising and facilitating the brief and design process where needed. This role requires a close working relationship with route to market Leaders, central team in EMEIA, Sales and Field Staff teams as well as working with agencies to ensure efficient implementation of funds, plans and processes. The role requires the day to day management of the current portfolio of Branded Programs, but also requires a natural curiosity to consistently scale, improve and deploy processes. The ideal candidate must be a great deployment manager and have a passion for merchandising excellence. This position requires great communication skills, planning and project management experience.

Description
Brief relevant local team / Partners on Programs requirements and guidelines to ensure and help program negotiation
Planning
Work, if need be, with the relevant sales teams to identify the optimal location(s). Negotiate with Partner/Sales/Marcom team the best place for Program in Pos identified. Based on resulting deployment pipeline, plan workload and resources. Work with Partner to achieve optimal physical setup for program. Submit any relevant informations in Apple system to ensure Program deployment
Store Brief
Advise and facilitate the execution of an accurate and precise Store Brief by Local/Central Teams enabling an efficient design of the Merchandising Programs Facilitate design process in alignment with Marcom and Local Teams (where necessary) Site preparation
Monitor survey requirements for each program in a timely fashion based on approved Apple Design & Merchandising guidelines Arrange and evaluate site surveys to guarantee flawless program execution, flagging discrepancies/challenges Evaluate the suitability of the involved vendors benchmarking their performance through agreed KPIs Track site survey development and execution in alignment with Program needs
Site Installation
Project Manage store fixture installation with Apple’s chosen agencies and Partner Teams (timing, compliance, quality control) Coordinate Merchandising assets availability and installation Ensure on-time installation of all assets to guarantee successful Program deployment Track site installation development and execution in alignment with Program needs Manage timeline and ensure adequate communication with both resellers and relevant sales team(s). Ensure, if needed staff / personal at deployment, and first day of activity.
Deployment process & data management
Maintain all project management tools for POS Deployment activities linked Innovate and improve POS Deployment process, bringing efficiencies to overall execution and timelines Build presentation and communication tools leveraging best-in-class POS program successes across the Region Support in training all Local and Central stakeholders involved in Deployment

Education
