Duties:
- New product developmentProduct concept development
- Product development process planning & task assign (briefs, communication, deadlines control), inside company development coordination (triad groups and wide board meetings, presentation to management)
- Product development
- Communication
- Subscription (P&L, subs gifts selection, subs leaflets preparation)
- Extra sales/upsales initiatives
- Trade marketing
- Sales checks (point of sales visits) and post (test/launch) analysis
- Customer feedback and data base management
- Existing product portfolio usage
- Media planning (support of marketing manager/ each PM responsible for one of the countries)
- Research support to PM/MM (done by one of PMs, specialized and experienced in research)
Requirements:
- Higher Degree with specialization in Marketing
- English - Upper Intermediate
- Work experience in Marketing Department or in research agencies 1-2 years
- Ability to manage planning and delivery from partners
- Time management reflection and readiness to improve
- Master in MS Office
