Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in developing yearly Brand Plan from a Strategic & Operational level
  • Ownership in developing and execution from A to Z promotional materials for related brand (CLM, print out etc)
  • Pro-actively adapting Brand Strategy in function of the continuously changing environment to maximise brand potential.
  • Analyzing market and competitive dynamics, promotional activities efficacy through CLM statistic data, feedbacks from fields
  • Presenting regularly business results vs. budget, market understanding and insights to Senior business leaders on monthly basis
  • Active X-functional collaboration at all levels within organisation
  • Close collaboration with Sales Force for better understanding their and market needs and participation in developing appropriate training for their benefit
  • Promotional activities in Fields: promotional materials distribution, educational events at National/Regional level, close work with Regional Sales managers
  • Responsible for budget of assigned projects on monthly basis
  • Strengthening ties with Regional & National opinion leaders
  • Comply with all external regulations and internal policies


Main requirements:

  • 2 years experience as product/brand manager in Big Pharma / FMCG
  • High Education (med/pharma, marketing, economics)
  • Ambitious and can-do approach
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to learn on the fly with proven problem solving skills
  • Readiness for routine work (operational and analytical)
  • Excel & PowerPoint at advanced level
  • Good with numbers, role will manage budgets related to activities
  • Fluent in English
