Responsibilities:
- Design top-notch and user-centered flows and visuals, interactions, workflows, and prototypes following our Design System and Branding Guidelines.
- Work with Product and Engineering to ship designs in time and ensure iterations and features go live with high-quality visuals and experience.
- Keep up to date with other NFT Marketplaces to find opportunities for DoinGud to be unique.
- Produce fast concept designs to ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a role with transferrable skills.
- Experience working with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop new user experiences.
- Evidence of solving complex UX and UI challenges and creating internally consistent and high-quality visual designs.
- Experience executing user research and usability testing.
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite pro.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and interaction design.
- High standards for quality and a strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the basics of Web3 and decentralised mentalities.
- Highly proactive, balance speed and quality to meet Product delivery timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to both work independently and interface with cross-functional teams.
- Wllingness to learn new technologies and navigate a fast-evolving market.
- Fluent in English.
