Bookings can be made by walk-in, online or by phone (877) 350-5346. When would I receive a copy of my confirmation? A copy of your confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. What is the deposit and payment policy? Deposit Policy: 50% of total reservation amount is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 5 days prior to scheduled arrival. For bookings made less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival, full payment of total reservation amount is due at time of booking. LEGOLAND Vacations reserves the right to cancel reservations due to lack of valid credit card and/or deposit.

Self-parking, Wi-Fi access, Master Model Builders workshop, local calls, access to the swimming pool, pool towels and nightly children’s entertainment. Is valet parking available at the hotel? Valet parking is available at the LEGOLAND Hotel for $20 per vehicle What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation policies differ based on reservation type. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed. If cancellation occurs by 4 P.M. Eastern Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs after 4 P.M. Eastern Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then total reservation is forfeited. Tickets are non-refundable once issued, and may be used up to one year from the original reservation date.
Flexible Cancellation Option: For just $25 per booking, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 4PM Eastern Time 5 days prior to arrival, no questions asked! Avoid losing your deposit and get total peace of mind. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less the cost of the full Flexible Cancellation fee. How many people does each room sleep? Standard and Fully Themed Rooms sleep up to 5 - 2 adults and 3 children, VIP Suites sleep up to 9 people. Are there bathtubs in the bathrooms? Does the Hotel provide rollaway beds or cribs?However, Pack ‘N Plays are available on a first come, first serve basis. This item may be requested at time of booking or at check-in. Availability is not guaranteed. Is there an iron and ironing board in the room? No, but they are available upon request. Rooms on all floors do have views of Lake Eloise, depending on which room theme you are staying in. Can I use my drone around the Hotel?
