It fits perfectly in our RV. The quality and customer service is just as good as when we bought our King 10 years ago.– K.B.,Summerville, GAIn this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. Coyote R.V. was recommended to me by a friend, and now I know why – the quality of service I received was outstanding. I love the versatility of my camper! Off roading is a breeze with this camper! Keep up the good work! Dear Rob and Cari, The camper turned out to be everything we had hoped. All systems operated smoothly and we were especially surprised with how efficiently the refrigerator worked. Thanks for a great product. We are completely pleased with the new camper--- thank you for being so careful and attentive to our requests.  Please pass on the word to your crew and everyone who worked on it. We Love Our PHOENIX Custom Camper! This is an amazing journey everybody should do at least once in their life! The J30 allows campers to sleep up top while keeping the cabin interior intact Ursa Minor Vehicles hit the scene several years ago when it unveiled the E-Camper, a converted Honda Element inspired by classic Westfalia Volkswagen van-campers.

Given that the VW Microbus was no longer available in the US, the E-Camper was conceived as a sort of modern-day alternative. Now that the Element has gone the way of the Microbus, Ursa Minor is focusing attention on its all new Jeep Camper line. The Jeep Wrangler may not have Element conveniences like the flat, rubberized floor or hatchback, but it does have a few advantages over the Element - specifically, the ability to travel virtually anywhere on Earth. It's certainly a versatile choice for exploring (and camping in) all kinds of environments. One of two distinct Jeep Wrangler Unlimited kits that Ursa Minor offers, the J30 is a pop-up hard-top conversion that includes a bed for two adults. Unlike other Jeep-based pop-up campers, this one doesn't rely on a separate shell, and it doesn't require changing all that much of the Wrangler. Instead, it displaces the stock roof and blends in naturally with the Jeep. It adds just 6 inches (15 cm) to the vehicle's stock height when closed.Ursa Minor's John Gish told us that the cabin interior of the Wrangler Unlimited remains stock during the conversion, with the exception of a new headliner.

He said that Ursa isn't able to do custom Jeep interiors yet, but customers and distributors are known to pursue their own visions. The soft-sided pop-up camper is made from durable, breathable, water-resistant canvas. It includes a 7 x 4 foot (2.1 x 1.2 m) mattress and interior LED lighting. Zippered screen windows on all sides increase ventilation.Unlike the Action Camper we covered a few months ago (which was put on hold in the US because of its high price), the Ursa Minor J30 camper is accessible to jeepers of more modest means. Ursa lists the base price at US$5,250. It began deliveries in May, and Gish estimates a six- to eight-week lead time between ordering and shipping.Ursa Minor's second Wrangler camper is the J180, which uses a fold-out roof tent. Pricing has yet to be listed for that model.RV Part Accessories Camper Parts RV Supplies Trailer Parts is your one stop shop for camper parts, supplies, and accessories. RV Part Accessories Related PostUnlike travel trailers, motor homes or fifth wheels, the roof and sides of a pop-up camper fold down, leaving little space for storage when the trailer is in tow. When the camper is open, clutter quickly becomes a problem. It helps to tow with a truck that has a camper shell, or a van with plenty of storage space, so you don’t have to cram everything into the pop-up.

But, if you tow with a smaller vehicle, there are storage solutions. Plastic Solutions Plastic totes with tight-fitting lids are the go-to storage solution for many pop-up owners. The variety of sizes available ensures they’ll fit in the campers. Large totes can be filled with clothing, dishware, pots and pans. Small totes hold kitchen items or toiletries. If you plan to stop and have a picnic on your way to a destination, fill a small tote with everything you’ll need and store it near the door so you won’t have to open the trailer to fish out picnic items. Buy clear totes or label them so you know what’s inside without having to remove the top. Once you’ve set up camp, store the totes under the opened bunk ends. Plastic containers with drawers generally fit inside pop-ups when the trailer is closed. Aftermarket Add-Ons Attaching hooks to the inside of the pop-up is one of the simplest ways to add storage. Use them to hang jackets or sweaters, as a place to hang a mesh bag full of toiletries, or, when attached to the inside of cabinet doors, as a place to hang kitchen or barbecue utensils.

Add a couple of slide-out drawers to the underside of the table for flatware or small items. Buy collapsible fabric shelves to hang from the ceiling when the pop-up is open. Frame a square of elastic mesh into the inside of the door to slide camp shoes or sandals into before you go inside. Build folding shelves to place at the foot of the bed for eyeglasses, books or toys. Tension Rods Tension rods, whether horizontal or vertical, add a lot of storage space once the camper is set up. Some of the vertical rods come with bins and baskets already attached -- think of those added by homeowners to bathrooms to hold shampoo, washcloths and soap. Horizontal rods, like those used for shower curtains, can be outfitted with hooks, hanging baskets and collapsible sweater shelves. Pack hangers if you have a couple of clothing items you need to keep wrinkle-free. Make sure to get a horizontal rod that can bear a lot of weight. A Few Tips Put the sheets on the bed before you leave for your trip and leave them on the beds when you break down the pop-up.
