When I called because they were late to confirm if they would be showing up, they just said "sorry, we are on another job". They didn't even try to make it right or assure us that they would be there. They were a no show and could not have cared less about the inconvenience. When I was trying to set the original appointment, they kept wanting to put me on call so they could show up when they were on this side of town. I finally said that I need to set an appointment and would be happy to wait for a date that they could be available as long as we both had an appointment and I knew to be here.
