Delivery of the mattress/box springs sets and frames is available only in the lower 48 contiguous United States; expedited delivery is not available.The Omni Suite Pillowtop Bed replaces the Omni Presidential Bed that may still be in use at some Omni properties.Please Note:- Mattress sets are made to order, thus sales are final. Mattress, box springs and frames are neither returnable nor exchangeable once your order is placed, except in the event of manufacturing or delivery damage.- Because your mattress set is custom made especially for you, delivery takes approximately four to six weeks; expedited delivery is not available.
