The front office staff were really unfriendly- except for the gentlemen 눉The area is next to a big main road that's not very nice to walk down, and quite a long walk to the main attractions.눇The room was really nice, big, comfy and well- designed. 눉Small items like the extractor fan and lights not dusted and TV not working properly.눇Nice location, bit expensive for what it is but overall a solid place to stay if out sight seeing

눉A bit expensive.눇Nice localisation, nearby the tram, central station, city centre, etc. Helpful and polite staff. 눉There was no tea and coffee in the room. A minor detail however.눇I really liked the design of the hotel and the room. Very pleasant to be in, spacious, super clean and comfortable. I'd happily stay again another time and for longer. One thing that was really awesome was the little gift left hanging on my door on 6th December (St Nicholas Day)! So nice of the hotel to do this. 눉- quite unfriendly staff - very late room cleaning, one of the days I had to come back earlier, ~16:00, and the room was not touched. So, I had to leave and let them clean it. - smelly room, not cigarettes but something else, more like cheese or yeast. - overpriced breakfast (15 €) - missing "Don't disturb/Clean the room" door handle. - uncomfortable pillows.눇- Close to my conference venue. - Silent room as it wasn't looking at the street.

- Nice artistic decoration. 눉More hooks were needed in the bathroom to hang up towels or clothes.눇The breakfast was excellent with something for every taste.My room was extremely clean and comfortable with coffee- and tea- making facilities 눉A proper bar would have been nice also the staff at reception did sell wine beer and soft drinks.눇We had a beautiful room with a big balcony and it was a huge bonus to find tea and coffee making facilities, rare on the continent and including a coffee pod machine. Our superior room was better value than a normal room in most hotels.Breakfast was also excellent. 눉One thing only: Unreliability of wi-fi access; constantly needed to log in each time wanted to use it and even then there was 'network error'. A modern hotel should have consistent reliable internet access as standard. This one did not: in theory yes, in practice no!눇Quiet location and general ambience; v friendly & helpful staff; reliable secure safe was easy to operate;
