During our 18-month Graduate Program, you will have an opportunity to start your career in a truly global company, focused on improving people’s lives through meaningful innovation. After going through the program, the best and brightest will be offered a full time role within the Philips organization.
Your team
You will be working internally with teams like: Marketing, Legal, Fiscal, Management, Finance and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- market research of the target segments related to companies health spaces
- search for new business development solutions, define key success factors, risks, and competitive advantages for company’s nosology solutions
- develop financial models and related materials per solution projects to underpin implementation of initiatives
- participation in solution implementation process through project management flow
- participate in preparation of presentation materials for investors and top management on projects and strategic initiative
- participate in development of business strategies for existing and potential solutions portfolio including development of marketing (go-to-market) strategies
- incubate and validate business ideas ensuring sales and profitability growth in the medium and long term
- to execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs
Your profile:
- Bachelor od Master degree in Economics, Human Science, Management
- strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy
- MS office applications skills (Outlook, Excel)
- problem-solving and result-oriented approach
- engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
- working well individually as well as a part of a team
- very good command of English
- prior engagement in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, clubs, exchange programs or internship experience welcome
