Responsibilities:

Supports various projects within Performance Transformation (covering multiple functional areas)
Supports the compilation of management reports and presentations
Conducts ad-hoc analyses and processes short-term management requests
Supports projects concerned with changes in the reporting process/layout
Conducts ad-hoc in-depth analyses in collaboration with the analysts team
Uses tools to generate reporting material and distribute reporting material within organization

Qualifications:

2 – 3 years experience and proven track record in analytics and/or project management
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Pronounced service orientation towards stakeholders within the organization
Proficiency in graphical presentation of key figures and results
Independent and structured working method
Fluent in English and Russian (written & spoken)
Strong communication skills
Good prioritization skills
Detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
Strong (financial) modeling skills
