Как Вы знаете, сейчас закончились (заканчиваются) празднования Нового года как в Европе, так и в США.

As you know, the New Year celebrations in Europe and the USA are now over. And our, Ukrainian international postal service sent out notifications that it did not cope with all orders during this holiday time and assures us that it will solve all its problems within two days.
Of course, I made them a very small scandal, and I will continue to torment them tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, but I sincerely worry that the mail delivery obligations I have given you, as my first buyer, are under a slight threat.
I assure you that I will solve this issue. I hope this does not cause you inconvenience.

Спасибо за Ваш заказ в нашей мастерской. Крест готов к отправке. Но есть небольшая почтовая проблема. На самом деле, ничего страшного, просто почта Ukraine-USPS оказалась несколько загружена в дни Рождества и Нового года и сейчас спешно устраняет все свои недостатки.
Служба объявила, что в течение двух дней полностью восстановит свою работу и я внимательно выжидаю. В любом случае Ваш заказ будет отправлен от нас не позднее January 4, 2020. Я бы это сделал еще сегодня, но хочу дождаться окончательного заявления почтового сервиса.
