Judy took great care of him. He loved the inversion chair for the pedicure! I went to this spa last Monday as a treat from my husband who purchased a spa finder gift card. I called the spa to make the appointment and asked them about using the gift card. They told me it had to be used in one use and I had to bring a copy of it in.
It clearly stated on your SpaFinder Gift Certificate that it must be presented before your services began. Having done so, this could have been avoided. We have been a SpaFinder partner for over 15 years and have had in place the same acceptance policy since that time. SpaFinder is a VERY large company that its only business is to sells... Always a great massage and service! I like to go here early, sit in the sauna, hot tub, and then take a long shower. It's very relaxing at Bergamos! Well, almost...if you think that having a moisturizing facial, a 90 minute remove ALL STRESS from your body massage and then a dip in the whirlpool and steam sauna...then this is the place for you! This place is elegant. My wife and I had a coupes massage and they accommodated our wishes and made the day an incredible relaxing experience with such gentle ambiance! The staff are friendly, but not to the level of a sophisticated spa. Had a wax treatment and had to go home and re-wax.
Needs a face lift inside. For the prices, it just doesn't add up to other spas that charge the same. This is the second time I have been here to find them arguing with a customer in the front lobby with other customers present. I'm coming in for spa services to relax, not hear what sounds like poor customer service or poor judgement at a minimum. Tried hard but I have had better massages. Nice offices and courteous people. Very convenient to my home. Professional and friendly treatment by staff always makes the visit a pleasure, All spa staff are excellent. I have thoroughly enjoyed quite a few visits to Bergamos. Unfortunately the last three visits have been very disappointing. WELL NO ONE WAS there in a sense the nice lady who does the 3D Nails was out helping a friend in need furthermore it was her day off so the other lady said she could do a few designs so I was like OK so we was testing the waters and guess who walk in the queen of 3D nails herself I was like Thank GOD even though I couldn't get the design i really wanted, she still blinged out the design me and the other LADY started attempting. I got the tropical island nails well that's what i calling I'm ready FOR A TRIP TO Jamaica: orange neon glitter tip with pink and white flowers embedded into the acrylic & to top that The 3D queen did some 3D white and pink flowers on top with green steams my nails look just like a Hawaiian shirt except there live and in 3D-effect.
I love them and cant wait to take that journey again so if your looking for some 3D nails in Houston Texas hit her up shes a great artist that's looks and perform like no other! She cares about what you actual want done to your nails and is very friendly. The shop is a shop I've seen more upscale shops like Bella Mare in jersey village(EMILY) perfect for relaxation in a laid back place that will give you those perfect Hollywood french manicured nails but that's another review. Gossip NailsThis place has excellent servi...This place has excellent service. The people there are really friendly. You get high quality friendly service. We are always laughing and joking around when we come because the technicians actually speak English! I was there this morning when that white girl "buttercupncream" broke the nail polish. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE PEOPLE AT GOSSIP! She had 6 nail polishes in one hand and dropped one. When she dropped the nail polish they asked her nicely to be careful because they didn't want her to step on the broken glass.
She then proceeded to scream and kicked her shoe off to let them know her shoe had nail polish on it and yelled for nail polish remover right away. Keep in mind she was the one that spilled the nail polish on herself. Then she RAN TO THE SINK AND WASHED HER DIRTY SHOES WHERE PEOPLE WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! That's not sanitary if you ask me! So the lady politely asked her to please wash it in the bathroom. Then the stupid girl started to make a BIG scene and say" She wanted the store to go out of business, and that she would talk so much trash about them on the internet." I hate when people make a big deal and LIE just to ruin someone's business especially when it is them who is causing the trouble. GROW UP AND LEARN HOW TO ACT! Your parents obviously didn't know how to raise you. I would HIGHLY recommend this NAIL SALON TO ANYONE! IT IS SUPER CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE ARE SUPER HELPFUL. NOT TO MENTION THE NAIL ART IS FABULOUS!Lavish Looks Salon & Nail BarI had a great experience at Lavish Looks.
I initially found them on instagram and made a decision to give them a try after I had some horrible experiences with "instagram famous hairstylist" that don't care about there customer. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was clean. My stylist Ra was so nice and had great customer service. I'm very big on customer service wherever I go , the owner and everyone else was so nice they all spoke and it was a peaceful experience. I usually hate going to salons because of my bad experiences but I can tell they take their consumer seriously here at Lavish. Ra asked me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my curls to look and made sure it was done properly. She gave me the best closure sewin I ever had and I've had plenty. She's patient and knows what she's doing. I had no idea how my experience was going to be when I first booked but I'm extremely pleased. Ra is now my go to and permanent hairstylist I won't go anywhere else. I have a lot of hair and she managed to get my closure so flat its crazy.
