I use mine daily but still in good condition leh Posted 08 November 2012 - 11:13 PM Bro,I have the same problem, mine was used for more than 7 years and its peeling due to out body heat , rubbing sequences/ odour & wear and tear.

Yes, one can go to car-seat installer & it can cause a bomb, well, the next best thing was I went to JB pass custom turn right after traffic light , go straight towards KSL direction, keep your eyes on the left shop-houses, a car accessories named XXXworth, specialising in all . ONe can't miss the shop signage, stop by and have a chat with the malay woman sales, she can provide quote and order can be fax thru the factory who does the cutting and sewing, once its ready, U come and self-collect, it tt easy.HOw it did it, I removed all the detachable PVC and sent them the whole set to redress a new set, let juz say I'm thinking out of the box, the cost was nothing less ( C&G ) and I'm getting genuine hide / choice of colors and smell real . rip us off, make monkey out of us buyer. ( Buy brand new , get PVC , thy knows for a fact that within a year or so, pVC will peel off ) so they makes us pay & pay. Just got my heaven chair rewrape. Edited by Joseph22, 08 July 2014 - 09:23 AM.A common question we get from our customers is, “What are the best products for cleaning a massage chair?”

We thought to provide guidance based on lots of experience keeping our showroom chairs looking their best under frequent usage. First, a little background on the covering of an Elite Massage Chair. Our massage chairs are covered with durable, resilient and long-lasting synthetic leather. It is the ideal material for massage chairs given the significant amount of massage motion delivered through the material over many years. Genuine cow leather is occasionally used in massage chairs, and this option typically comes with a higher price tag.  We have experimented with leather in our chairs, and it is certainly beautiful on a normal recliner.  However we have found genuine leather is prone to stretching over time, which can be problematic in a massage chair recliner that requires constantly moving mechanisms beneath the upholstery – and this stretching of the leather material can compromise the massage feel. So we’ve selected coverings that mimic the look and feel of natural leather (most people when first seeing the chair ask if it is real leather), and are virtually maintenance free.

The thickness of the material is crafted for optimal massage feel, matched with optimal durability.  Belying its supple feel is a material crafted to withstand the rigors of a frequent massage movements.  Generally this synthetic leather never needs to be treated or moisturized, and is durable enough to be cleaned with almost any product. The only exception are products with high alcohol content, which might affect the color consistency. Best products for cleaning a massage chair While the materials in our chairs are tough, most people want to keep their massage chair looking brand new.  We’ve found two products to be ideal over time, and have shared that insight below. For general cleaning, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes work great, and are capable of removing any dust or dirt, and they also help disinfect the surface.  Gentle grease cutting capabilities help remove any natural body oils from the backrest, seat, and headrest cushion. These wipes come in a variety of scents based on preference.

We’ve typically stuck with their Citrus scented variety, but it’s a personal choice. If you like to go a step further to make your massage chair look like new, with that subtle sheen and appearance, we’ve tried many products and have found Zep Leather Conditioner & Moisturizer to outperform similar products from other manufacturers for this job. While designed for natural leather, synthetic leather’s similar properties react well to the product, and an occasional application of Zep with a dry soft cloth is an additional step you might consider beyond simple cleaning. The last consideration is periodically disinfecting the footrest – or in the case of the Robo-Pad, the fully enclosed footrest.  A periodic light spraying of Lysol Disinfectant Spray into the foot rest helps keep this area germ and scent-free, particularly if many people in the household (or friends) use the massage chair.  We always recommend you wear light socks during your massage, as this is both comfortable and helps keep the footrest in its best condition.
