Yes, you will be greeted by your birthday host who will stay with your party for your time in the birthday party room. What happens during the 60 minutes in the party room? When you're in the party room you'll have time to eat pizza and cupcakes. Your birthday party hosts will also lead the LEGO build for the children. After that they'll escort you through the Factory Tour exhibit and onto the first ride so your group can start exploring the attraction. How far in advance do birthday parties need to be booked? Our birthday parties are very popular and the birthday rooms are reserved quickly on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To make sure you are able to reserve the special date you want, we recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance. Reservations must be made a minimum of 1 week in advance. How long can we stay in LEGOLAND Discovery Center? Although your time in the Birthday party room will be 60 minutes, you are welcome to stay in the center as long as you like. We ask that your party arrives 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Due to their popularity, our party rooms are often booked throughout the day, so we are unable to allocate you extra time if you are late. Can I do a drop off party? Unfortunately we are unable to offer drop off birthday parties. Can I bring my own food or drink? Our All-Inclusive package includes all the food and drinks you will need for your party. Please list any allergy or special diet concerns in the comment box on the Birthday Child information page at the time of booking. Do I need to pay a deposit for my birthday party? We require full payment at the time of booking.
Do I have to invite 40 people? You are welcome to invite up to 40 people (including yourself and your child) to celebrate with you but you are certainly not required to have that many! Just make sure that your total guest count doesn't exceed 40 people as our room can't accommodate more. Are adults included in the 40 guests count? What about children under 2? All adults, children and infants are included in your total guest count. Can I have more than 40 guests? Due to room capacity limitations and building code requirements we are unable to add additional guests. If you have more than 40 guests that you would like to invite you may purchase tickets at the door the day of the party. They are welcome to enjoy the attraction however no more than 40 guests can be in the party room at any one time. Is there a cancellation period? Birthday party bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 month prior to the booking. Any bookings cancelled within the month of the party will be non-refundable.
