I'm loyal to the ON brand, because I've seen the best results with their products, so I stack this with ONs creatine and GS 100% Whey. I definitely feel that this product has helped me recover, in turn helping with growth. Taste is pretty good, maybe a little sweet, but its definitely not bad. I will absolutely purchase again.
My go to cardio recovery BCAA. Great tasting product from a well know nutrition company.I Use before,during and after workouts. You can use it anytime of the day. I've been loving this product. Having 8 grams of BCAA's is great. The taste is really good, mixes great, and no after taste. I will use it as a pre workout and add a few other ingredients to it on days I train later at night. Optimum once again impresses me with a quality product. The flavor is great, it's not gritty like other BCAA's I have had. I love this product!!! Inexpensive, 2:1:1 BCAA Ratio and great tasting. Does taste better with really cold water. Also, this stuff works really great. We both would take our pre-workouts beforehand and then drink this during our workout and it really helped us power through and gave us like a second wind. Highly recommend this product. I absolutely love this product. This is part of my stack (when I am not pregnant) and am training hard for a competition.
