This is a list of LEGO themes, or lines of LEGO sets, according to their official categorization. This article is an attempt to create a list of all lines of LEGO sets, commonly called "themes", such as "LEGO Town" and "BIONICLE" and the years they were introduced and removed. This does not include years where a certain theme was dropped and brought back the next year. Sign up or log in to customize your list. Here's how it works: Anybody can ask a question The best answers are voted up and rise to the top Can I get a full list of every set LEGO has ever come out with? is an excellent website with an inventory of sets stretching back as far as 1966. The list is not 100% complete and the site is not an official site of the LEGO groups so it relies on contributions from fans for its updates. The information below is from the site itself: What's in the database? The database does not contain everything that LEGO has ever made or that carries a LEGO logo.

The completeness of the database is roughly as follows:The era is too complex to cover adequately, and of insufficient interest to justify spending time researching. 1966-1969: Most regular sets, but excluding brick and service packs. 1970-2006: 98% of sets, and also many extended product lines. 2007-date: 99.9% of sets, and most extended product lines sold at shop. Although the database contains many non-brick items ('Gear') that are LEGO branded, it does not contain them all: there are too many to keep track of! The LEGO Collector's guide is very comprehensive and has been made with a lot of collaboration with the LEGO company. I can't vouch whether it's more complete than brickset (although I'd think so, it's extremely thick), though, and of course you'll have to buy it, but it's a very nice compilation anyway. Navigate the selection by choosing your favorite LEGO theme from the boxes at left. Whether you are searching for an old LEGO set or a more recent one, it is likely that we have some information on it. Each set reference page typically includes pictures of the set and minifigures, a set filecard containing general information, as well as full color scans of the complete original LEGO instruction manual for the set, if available. There are presently over 4000 sets with LEGO instruction manuals in the database. These range in length from one page to over 400 pages long. Building instructions can be conveniently viewed right here on the site or you are welcome to print them. Thanks to Brian for the news. New inventories and partsPosted by Huw, 02 Mar 2017 11:20 LEGO has just published instructions and inventories for the March releases on its customer services portal. Although I have not checked them all, the inventories appear to be complete and include a couple of interesting new parts which I examine after the break. Review: 75879 Scuderia Ferrari SF16-HPosted by CapnRex101, 01 Mar 2017 16:35View image at flickr Formula One racing cars have been the subject of LEGO products since the 1970s and their design has evolved according to the changing selection of pieces available. 75879 Scuderia Ferrari SF16-H represents the latest model in the series and has been released alongside 75833 Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team. All three vehicles are based on the cars designed for the 2016 season and this Ferrari is accordingly distinct from that found in 75913 F14 T & Scuderia Ferrari Truck. The model is decorated with almost thirty stickers which are laden with advertising and the bodywork is accurately represented using a selection of curved slopes and tiles.

In fact, I think this might be the best Formula One car released to date! BrickHeadz available nowPosted by TheBrickPal, 01 Mar 2017 14:00Iron Man Ten of the first series of BrickHeadz sets, not including Pirates of the Caribbean, are now available at shop. and Brand Stores - four Marvel (Cinematic Universe), four DC (Batman Movie) and two Disney (Beauty and the Beast). They've been available for VIP members since mid-February. But now, the wait is over; anyone can buy them! It should also be noted that they are not available at any regular retail stores. That means this is the first LEGO store-exclusive theme, as opposed to individual D2C sets from many different themes. We'll be continuing our reviews and doing more coverage of the line soon. Please use our affiliate links to buy wherever you are, thanks: Posted by Huw, 01 Mar 2017 12:53Batman Minifigure Plush As well as releasing dozens of new sets today LEGO has also launched a lot of Gear (or, what we here at Brickset like to call 'tat'): keychains, role-play toys, stationery, housewares, minifig frames and so on.

Perhaps the most interesting are four plush minifigures: Batman, Batgirl, Kai and Nya. They are pretty expensive (£20.00/$24.99), I have to admit, but at 12"/30cm tall they are probably pretty cool!. You can see all the new stuff that's been added on our New at shop. It's easier to see it there than on LEGO's terrible New sets page!
