received it today the wheel Base is from another chair as it is all scuffed so it's has obviously sent back previously, an arm is also scuffed can't believe that this...Screws are too small to fit into threads and it's nigh on impossible to put together. Possibly one of the worst chairs installations I've EVER had to do by my self. The holes to put the screws in are just cuts in the leather ( Extremely low quality looking ) I had... Difficult to assemble with bits and pieces popping out all the time. Does not provide much back support. Comfortable chair, can be a little awkward to assemble. Also, the back for me leans to the left and I've spent too many hours trying to fix the damn thing and make it sit upright,... Having read other reviews on here about the wrestling match you have to go through to put the chair together, I thought hey can't really be that difficult. How wrong was I.
