The natural oak bi-folding cupboards either side of the range, together with the natural oak pantry and cupboard doors for the integrated cooling appliances, give a lovely feeling of heritage to the kitchen.
The worktops throughout the kitchen and utility room are Carrara quartz in a polished finish. The Carrara quartz looks so natural and feels like real marble to touch – but it is manufactured with bio resins that allows for higher heat resistance. Most importantly for the kitchen space, it is resistant to acids, oils and other liquids unlike it’s notoriously difficult-to-maintain Carrara marble. The sink in the main kitchen is by Villeroy & Boch and is perfectly complimented by the Ioanian mixer tap by Perrin & Rowe with rinse and Quooker boiling hot water tap which sits just to the left of the tap. The utility room sink is also by Villeroy & Boch and has Mayan deck mounted taps with crosshead handles from Perrin & Rowe with a handy laundry maid hanging above. The Macon range cooker is by Lacanche and much beloved for its simple functionality. Lacanche ranges are easy to use, and from a practical point of view, easy to maintain and clean. All of the oven walls are coated in an 8-layer, anti-acid enamel finish, and the doors and seals can be effortlessly removed for cleaning.
All other appliances including the refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier are by Siemens.
