We were sitting in the back of the coach bus, everyone else was asleep. It was past midnight. We were talking and you seemed sad, so I hugged you. I wasn't expecting you to hold me there. I didn't think I'd like it.

We listened to music, softly. We whispered but meaningless conversation ensued. Then we fell silent, but our bodies were not. I moved my hand up and down your arms. I looked up at you, brushing my nose against your neck and chin in the process. You took my hand and held it tight in yours. Sometime after that you kissed me, I pulled away and then kissed you back.

It was uncharted territory. It was dark all around us, but it wasn't as frightening as before. In your arms I wasn't completely comfortable, but I was at home. We kissed some more, we talked some more, and I played our favorit music. You told me your life story, something that I didn't know. You amazed me.

Your breath smelled a little like vodka, but it wasn't potent enough to be disturbing. I held you in my arms as if you were the most precious treasure in the world. You constantly checked up on me. You looked at me with such kind eyes, I didn't think anyone could look at me like that.

As you were in my arms, I trailed my fingers along your legs, making you somewhat on edge. I stopped when you told me, but I still kissed you, I still held you. You still were there for me on that late night going home.

It was new. It was suprising. It was shocking. It was unexpected. It was just our souls pushing aside our loneliness. That's all it was for us. I love you and I fall even more everyday
