Toy Fair 2016 is getting set to wrap-up over in London this week. Aside from a couple of new Razor electric toys that popped up, another notable announcement was a handful of fresh LEGO sets that are expected to be released throughout 2016. There will be new additions to the Marvel, Star Wars and LEGO City sets this year. Unfortunately, no photos or videos are allowed to be taken at the Toy Fair in London. Leaving us without substantial visuals on the upcoming sets. We do, however, have quite a few details on what to expect from LEGO in 2016. First up, with the release of a new Captain America movie coming out this year, LEGO will be releasing corresponding Marvel sets. The upcoming Web Warriors Bridge Duel 76057-1 is expected to be highly-sought after with its New York theme and Spider-Man minifigs. With Star Wars hitting the scene over the holidays, LEGO is now ready to reveal some fresh scenes from the latest film. Amongst those, you’ll find The Encounter on Jakku, which includes a BB-8 minifig.

Additional releases include a new Resistance X-Wing Fighter, Darth Vader’s TIE Advanced and more. We’re also hearing rumblings about fresh LEGO City sets with a new Airport theme. Expect to see examples like a passenger terminal, cargo plane and VIP service. Exact release dates have yet to be announced, but we’ll be sure to continue our coverage of the latest LEGO news.Sign In or Create AccountThanks to Marvel Toy News we now know that LEGO has just rolled out all of its summer sets for the year and they are quite incredible, including one that I mentioned with the rest of the upcoming Doctor Strange collectibles. At the time of writing this all of the sets are available either at their exclusive retailers or on the online LEGO store. First up a bit of a late comer since the movie has been out for awhile, which is the last of the Captain America: Civil War sets and that is the Tanker Truck Takedown set which includes the first of many MCU Spider-Man mini figures. This set also includes Hawkeye, The Vision, and yet another Captain America figure.

So if you have all the sets you basically have enough Steve’s to create a mini army of him. But this set is a perfect addition to those hoping to finish off the airport battle scene from the film. This set is a Toys R Us exclusive in stores but you can pick it up on the LEGO online store as well. The next three sets are based on the Marvel Animated show Ultimate Spider-Man and these sets are just as incredible. There’s the Spider-Man: Ghost Rider Team-Up set which will include both Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze) and the first Hobgoblin mini figure, the Spider-Man: Doc Ock’s Tentacle Trap which has the first Captain Stacy, Vulture, and White Tiger mini figures (with White Tiger being the last one to finish the set of Original Team Spider-Man from the show), and the Spider-Man: Web Warriors Ultimate Bridge Battle set that adds in Scarlet Spider, Spider-Girl (Ultimate Spider-Woman), Scorpion, and Kraven into the LEGO Marvel Family. Here's how it works: Anybody can ask a question The best answers are voted up and rise to the top Back when Avengers came out, there were related LEGO sets released. I picked up as few as possible to get all of the Avengers minifigs. With Avengers: Age of Ultron out, LEGO's released a bunch of new LEGO sets related to the new film. However, they split up the characters across various sets, so there's no trivial way to buy the entire team. I'd like to pick up the fewest number of sets to get the minifigs for the new Avengers. Based on the trailers, that means 3 characters: Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Vision. What's the fewest number of LEGO sets I need to purchase to get the new Avengers minifigs? marvel-cinematic-universe avengers age-of-ultron lego My sources tell me that it looks like you'll need 5 out of the 6 total Ultron sets to get the new characters;

Quicksilver: Hydra Fortress Smash Vision & Ultimate Ultron: Quinjet City Chase Scarlet Witch & Ultron Prime: The Hulk Buster Smash Ultron MK1 & Iron Legion: Attack on Avengers Tower Ultron Sentry's (both variants) & Iron Man MK45: Iron Man Vs. Ultron If you want the Hawkeye from the Helicarrier: Hydra Showdown The top 3 will get you the new avengers, the remainder will get you all of the Age of Ultron variants. If you want to save yourself around $200 you can buy them individually from a Lego minifig store or from Bricklink. Discussions are very much alive across LEGO fan forums, especially at Eurobricks, on what The LEGO Group has to offer by next year. We already had a glimpse of these through some of TLG’s initial reveals like the LEGO Batman Movie The Batmobile (70905) and LEGO Batman Movie The Joker’s Notorious Lowrider (70906) , LEGO Marvel Superheroes Hulk VS Red Hulk, the latest addition to the Mighty Micros series both from DC Comics and Marvel Superheroes lines, and a brick-built set of LEGO Ideas Adventure Time (21308). Thanks to an excellent summary provided by the Brick Fan, we now have an overview of what to expect from LEGO with some of these sets now appearing in Brickset’s database with most of it coming from the LEGO Ninjago Movie slated to hit theaters sometime in September next year.  Again, be wary that some of these names and set numbers are not final, and were gathered from multiple sources across Eurobricks forums. With that out of the way, let’s now take a look at our list.

The LEGO Batman Movie There is a total of 15 reported sets that LEGO will release in line with the movie: 10 of it is slated to be released in the first half of 2017, while 5 of it for the latter half. The LEGO Ninjago Movie LEGO is fond of using code names for their later-to-be-revealed sets. Rumor has it that there will be a total of 13 sets that TLG will offer on the second half of 2017 just in time of the film’s theatrical debut in September 22, 2017.  Can you guess what these codes mean? 70606 Ninjago Movie GA 70607 Ninjago Movie 2 70608 Ninjago Movie SA 70609 Ninjago Movie MP 70610 Ninjago Movie JS 70611 Ninjago Movie SC 70612 Ninjago Movie LD 70613 Ninjago Movie NW 70614 Ninjago Movie JJ 70615 Ninjago Movie KM 70616 Ninjago Movie ZT 70617 Ni
