I bought the mattress on the spot.It arrived a couple of weeks later and we couldn't be happier! I have low back issues and I have been having great sleeps! Paul was super helpful when choosing it and there was no pushy sales, just information and explanation. When I had a question about the mattress a couple of months in, he got back to me immediately and was again, extremely helpful. We are so happy with our Classic 8 mattress. It is honestly the best mattress we both have ever slept on, and we have slept on many around the world in some of the finest of hotels. It took no amount of time to get used to and it only seems to get better with time. We are amazed at how cool it sleeps and how it cushions pressure points. My partner suffers with a fair amount of shoulder pain from an athletic injury, which he could always feel because of the pressure to the area. Since sleeping on our Classic 8 mattress, he no longer wakes up with any type of shoulder pain or stiffness.

We went to their Beaches location in Toronto and upon arrival were encouraged to try out all their floor models. I don't think either of us realized what we had been missing all these years. All of Essentia's mattresses were incredible. We were also really impressed by the lack of artificial and petro chemicals in the mattresses. Though the mattresses were expensive,we thought it made sense to view it as a long term investment in amazing sleep. Essentia's 20 year warranty backed up this perspective in that they really believe in their products. In the end, we opted for the Classic 8 and have had incredible sleeps ever since. Sam at Essentia provided exceptional customer service. We'd recommend their products to anyone. Your service in Toronto was great. I've always been a good sleeper. But even so, I have to say that I think I sleep even better on our new Classic 8 mattress. There are no pressure points, so I get comfortable right away and usually sleep right through the night.
Also, I'm almost a senior now and for the last couple of years, I wake up in the mornings with body stiffness that needed limbering up with stretching, or a hot shower. Since sleeping on the Essentia mattress, I wake up with very little if any stiffness now. THAT is amazing to me. I am VERY happy with the mattress. It's expensive, but worth every penny! Your service in Toronto was great. We enjoyed your manner in the shop when we first came in to try out the mattresses. You were not "in our face" but you answered all our questions in a helpful way. We felt no pressure to buy from you. We really appreciated knowing about the upcoming sale too. When we finally ordered our mattress, we were very surprised when it arrived so soon! - much sooner than we expected! And it settled on to our box spring, ready to use just as you said it would in about 20 minutes. It's a GREAT mattress! I've been telling everyone about it.
