The play is based on the plot of the story of the same name by Ivan Bunin. The main theme of the work is, of course, love. It attracts and unites, and sometimes - on the contrary, tears people apart. Love is a powerful force. But even she encounters a powerful opposition of dark forces in the play. However, their triumph did not last long.

And the sadness that seizes the heart is, in a way, imaginary. The story that the actors will tell you is sensual and sincere.
