My story of IPA

Before I had tried the India Pale Ale I was ignorant. Even when offered and recommended, I stuck to Pilseners and Kolsch beers.

Then one fine day when I did taste the IPA I was truly transfixed by the aromatic smell of the hops any IPA so exquisitely exudes. To me the bitterness of the taste is quite a let down after the promise of such aroma.

But now I can say that I am a big fan of an occasional IPA and will be for the near future.
