I love these better then drinking the bcaa formula! This supplement is powerful, and should be treated with respect. I have noticed gains and it helps with my recovery. I use this product last 6 months. Really well work on me. Sometimes it's easier to take a pill than sip on a drink during my workout. Don't have to worry about spilling a sticky drink onto equipment. I love the convenience! I'm always out and about and I hate carrying a bunch of ziplocks full of random powders, trying not to mix them up. Carrying a bunch of different containers isn't going to happen either. Being able to just pop these in my regular pill container is such a time saver. I really like the simple yet concentrated formula of this product, and when I was given a sample of it to try, I wasn't disappointed with the doses. Great bang for your buck as you would spend potentially twice as much for something of weaker quality. Got the chance to try a free sample from MuscleTech and very impressed so far. BCAA's are huge in my workout routine, especially with this ratio I have definitely noticed some nice gains already. It comes in an easy to take capsule, I highly recommend this product! These are nice to have around because they come in capsule form and are easy to throw in with a multivitamin. Of course the great 8:1:1 ratio to get that leucine in there. Good quality bcaa sup. I got a sample of this from muscle tech to try out for the last month. First time I've had this ratio of bcaa's before and I've become a fan. I always include some type of bcaa's in my supplement regime and this so far is my favorite. Workouts are just as intense but my recovery is slightly quicker and I'm finding I have a bit my energy from workout to workout now. I'll keep this going for a while longer to truly tell its positive effects I began using this product a couple months ago when i received it as a tester from muscle tech. I was happy to receive it since I was starting prep and was unable to use the powdered bcaas since a lot of them contain carbs and calories due to the flavouring. I was hesitant to use pills because any other pill form bcaa i have seen or used requires you to take around 5-6 pills.
