No, but sometimes being a design can feel a little like that.

Prior to you can be a design, you need to be "discovered." Which's not always easy. You may go to a great deal of auditions and not get any tasks. But if you're high, thin, and pretty, and you have the "appearance" that a client is trying to find, you might just get fortunate.

When you're "found," you may need to do a lot of traveling. You might have to go to Paris for a fashion program, or to New york city for a photo shoot. And you might need to relocate to a various city to be closer to the "action.".

They also need to be extremely expert. They have to appear on time and be all set to work. They may need to work long hours, and they may have to do things that they don't desire to do.

However it can be a great deal of enjoyable, too. You get to meet interesting individuals and see intriguing locations. And you might even get to use some truly excellent clothing.
