Mirocana is a complex, self-reinforcing system based on deep-learning neural nets

and other modern machine learning models that predicts stock, currency and cryp

to-currency markets. It collect, store, process and analyze huge volumes of financial

data. The entire system is designed to constantly increase the accuracy of predictions.

The system structured to unify all possible data types to one common format. We build a system that takes into account as many factors as possible: technical indicators, chart patterns, correlations, fundamentals, trading activity of other traders, analysts and hedge-fund managers, news, tweets, articles and other data that may correlate with assets' prices.

Mirocana technology is built on a multi-layer structure (data sources, strategies, simulations and best performing simulations layers). Financial data, passing through the layers of many strategies and simulations, is transformed into high-quality investment products.

For token holders we possess three investment products. The key value of these products is that you do not transfer your funds to our accounts. System manage your funds using our system on your account. The access to these products will be restricted by the amount of MIRO tokens on a customer’s account.

• *Stock market* Mirocana system is able to manage your Interactive Brokers account using the predictions for over 400 companies that are traded on NYSE and NASDAQ stock exchanges, will be available for use 1st of March 2018 for top200 MIRO token holders only.
• *Currency market* Mirocana system is able to manage your OANDA account using the predictions for 125 currency pairs available with OANDA broker. Product will be available in 1 month after ICO for holders of 10.000+ MIRO.
• *Crypto-currency* Mirocana system is able to manage your Poloniex account using the predictions for 90 crypto-currency pairs available on Poloniex exchange (other exchanges in future aswell), available in 2 months after ICO for holders of 5.000+ MIRO.

Mirocana token-holders who have access to one or more investment products will be

able to set up a target return in their Mirocana Account for each product. This value can be set from 5% to 150%. When you select the rate of target return the system will show the risk level that is associated with that rate of return.

For the first 8 months after a Token Sale, they will not charge any fees for all of our products and services, and in case if something goes wrong 25% of loss will be refunded.  For now the project has received a lot of funding from primary investments and in the first round of pre-sales.
