I'm not sure how happy babies would be sleeping on something this firm - not sure of the... Fits a pack and play fine. This is a perfect mattress, firm and fits perfectly in our mini crib, ordered on a friday and received it by monday. It does not fit the Graco Pack'n Play playard like it claims to: it is too narrow for it!
