Roof sealant and repairs It is a Dicor product so you should expect it to work right and it does, I have used hundreds of tubes of this product and it always works great. You should be looking at all your sealing spots on your roof at least twice per year to stop the issue of water leaks in I have used this product before and when I needed to install a vent I went back to it. really works great but you have to put it on thick. Not to worry, it levels itself to some extent so you don't have to do that. I keep extra tubes just in case I find something thatLeaves firm but flexible seal. I was not able to obtain locally, but the shipping seemed a bit steep. Just clean the area and put it on. Works great for new installs or covering cracks in existing roof installed vents etc. I keep some on hand in the RV just in case. Used this to seal area that I removed a TV antena from. It was a large area and this sealant flowed into all the gaps and holes.
