He gave me three estimates and I decided to go with the minimum repair to get my garage door back in operation keeping in mine that I will have some repairs needed in the future. Robert replaced the broken spring and even replaced a bracket free of charge. the job was done in a short time. In my experience the quality of service this company provided is very consistent and impressive- they maintained high quality of their people and their service I highly recommend this company to anyone. Repair and replacement of the door spring, rollers and related components were done in a timely manner. After reviewing the Limited Warranty, I need clarification on transfer of ownership. Although the life time warranty is continuous so long as I own the replacement products, a new owner can continue the warranty by paying a transfer fee of $150.00 I did not see nor was it mentioned about the allowable transfer, please clarify.
