I made the cocktail sauce with my own recipe

This is a typical pasta in naples (handmade but no by me). The sea food is: clams, mussels, shrimp.

The fish is "flag" fish with some a very delicate cheese called "baby from sorrento"

Dessert
The cream is done with siphon and it is similare to the cream that you use inside tiramisù but it is much more fluffy. The crispy is made with sugar and pine nuts. Black cherry are with syrup
