When trying to find yourself a mentor, firstly ask: is there a speaker or a leader who do I want to be like in our club? Is there a person who knows more than me and can teach me? And if this person exists can we become friends?

To become friends is really important because this allows you to accept critics amd advice much easier and to learn faster!

For expienced members mentorship is a cool option to uncover hidden potential as by teaching we learn!

Interesting fact! In some clubs mentor-mentee relationships became something bigger and led to the wedding 😱
