Objectives:

The position of Professional Education Manager within Marketing function has been created for the following objectives: to implement brand marketing strategy through KOL collaboration and educational events and projects, to manage all marketing activities of assigned product to support company objectives, to design and implement specific Educational Events and Projects reflecting Brand Strategy, to analyze existing educational initiatives within and outside the company, to align medical and strategic needs within educational projects and to build strategic partnerships with medical society.

Qualifications:

• Higher medical education;
• 4-6 years of pharmaceutical experience;
• Marketing or promotions experience as Sales Manager \ MSL \ Product specialist positions;
• Experience with KOLs in respiratory is preferable;
• Management of educational events \ projects;
• Experience managing complex projects;
• Understanding of the Russian Healthcare environment.

Other skills:

• Readiness for business trips (60%)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Understanding of medical terminology and names of pharmaceuticals
• English - Intermediate
