By: Jordan J. on Nov 14,2016 I was given this product for review purposes. For the rookies out there, you MUST get a memory foam mattress topper (unless your mattress is a memory foam mattress... but maybe even still buy this.) I love my mattress as is, but I never realized how much better my sleep could be with a memory foam topper.

The 2 inch thickness might be a bit small for some people, but my wife and I found it perfect. We loved how much we could feel all the textures. The zig zag lines were so comfortable on our backs and legs, but the circles were squishy on our bums. It was a very, very comfortable pad. The memory foam was very responsive, too. The lavender smell was off the charts. I was skeptical at first, but as soon as you open the packaging you get a huge whiff of fresh lavender. It really helped to mask the memory foam/new topper smell. Once you get your sheets over it, the lavender is a bit harder to smell, but still so fresh. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends! By: hcoxmom on Nov 10,2016 feels and smells great I can't say enough about how much I love this memory foam mattress topper. I recently was asked to try this product out and give my opinion and I jumped at the chance to do it because I have been sleeping on a very old an uncomfortable mattress... and I already had a memory foam cover on it and was still not sleeping very well.

I received a this couple of months ago and immediately put it on my bed. What a difference it has made. It has a pleasant lavender smell and is so comfortable. It really has improved my sleep and the comfort of my bed!! I for sure recommend this to others and will put these on all my beds in the future. By: Brandon on Nov 09,2016It didn't smell like a normal topper. This thing smell really good, I want to say it had a lavender scent to it. Me and my wife love this on our bed and we both sleep better with it. By: Abby on Nov 03,2016 This lavender memory foam pad is so cozy on my cal king bed and fits true to size with no obnoxious overhang. I love it because you can smell the lavender but it isn't overpowering, the smell is relaxing and helps me calm my mind at night when I am thinking nonstop. The memory foam is the perfect depth. It gives a soft cushion memory foam feeling to your bed without taking over the bed with too much memory foam. I also received a mattress protector with this memory foam to protect it and I am so glad that I have something to protect it on my bed with the memory foam!

Cozy, smells good and fits true to size! By: Kathy on Nov 03,2016 This topper is so comfortable. I have used it for months now, and it is such a great topper, great feel and very durable. I sleep so much better. By: Doug on Nov 03,2016 I love the mattress topper. It is very well made and super comfortable. The thickness is perfect and I sleep well on it since using it. By: sara on Nov 03,2016 My favorite thing about this, it is SOOO light!! All the memory foam I've ever gotten I've had to have help lifting it. When this came my husband wasn't here, but it didn't matter, I easily put it on our bed myself. Not only was it light, but it's way comfortable for only 2 inch thickness. The smell was very soothing and I believe it helped me sleep better. I also love the texture pattern. It was really comfortable and soft. By: Leslie Jarrett on Nov 03,2016 This mattress topper really saved the day for a family member in the hospital We were so grateful to have this mattress topper, my mother-in-law was in the hospital and care home for an extended time.

The hospital bed was so uncomfortable that she could not sleep. Then I remembered the topper and brought it to her, she was so happy to have the soft comfort of the bed topper and was able to sleep and sit comfortably in the hospital bed. What a life saver. By: Stacy Carlgren on Nov 03,2016 I have always wanted an "egg shell" memory foam mattemresd topper, so now that I finally got one I am so pleased with it. My bed has never felt so comfortable and smelled so amazing! The lavender scent fills my room and makes it smell so wonderful! I would highly reccomend this to anyone who is sleeping on a hard, uncomfortable mattress. I would not trade this decorative designed memory foam topper with a weak sauce "egg shell" foam topper ever! By: C Rod on Nov 03,2016 I've never really been a fan of "memory foam." This is the stuff! I love smelling the lavender when I wake up in the morning! The foam just adds that extra level of comfort your body enjoys! Based on 58,404 Consumer Experiences

The terms "mattress topper" and "mattress pad" are sometimes used interchangeably. Generally, however, these are two different types of products, each with their own purpose. Toppers, by contrast, are used almost exclusively to improve mattress comfort. See Mattress Pad Reviews for the top-rated waterproof and non-waterproof pads. If you have a newer mattress that does not suit your personal preference for firmness, a topper can alter the comfort to better suit you. Some toppers, namely memory foam and latex, can improve not only mattress comfort but also support to a limited extent. This can help to reduce pain, including back pain. If two people sleep on the same bed and have different firmness preferences, a topper can be added to one side of the bed to, in effect, provide different firmness levels for each side. Based on consumer experiences, below are the top four disadvantages of mattress toppers. While a topper can improve an aging or uncomfortable mattress, it is not a miracle

If your mattress is uncomfortable due to sink holes, sagging (uneven sleep surface) and protruding springs, the topper will be of only limited help. Many memory foam and latex toppers are about one inch smaller than the mattress on all sides to help ensure the bed sheets fit over both the topper and mattress. cause sitting or sleeping near the edge of the mattress to be uncomfortable / unsupportive, and it may give a somewhat awkward appearance to the bed's surface. About 4% of owners – especially owners of memory foam toppers – report that their topper has a significant odor when new. This odor (or off gassing) tends to diminish within a few days in most cases. A topper that softens a mattress will often to some extent envelop the sleeper. This can decrease air circulation and cooling around the sleeper's body. As a result, about 4% of topper owners report bothersome heat retention. Memory foam and latex toppers are somewhat more likely to trap heat than are the other topper types.

A topper is placed on top of a mattress under the fitted sheet. For thicker toppers especially, this means that the sheet will need to cover a greater height. Depending on the pocket depth of your existing sheet, it may now be too small to securely cover the mattress. Since a topper is not a fully integrated part of the mattress, it may move around independent of the bed somewhat. About 5% of owners – especially owners of lighter toppers such as fiber and feather – report this problem. (A mattress pad can be placed over a topper to secure it to the mattress.) To accomplish this on a king-sized mattress, you will likely need to buy an x-long twin topper and place it on one half of the mattress under the linens. (An x-long twin topper in most cases will be one-half the size of a king-sized mattress.) You will want a topper that merely lies on top of the mattress without needing to be secured to the sides. Foam, memory foam and latex toppers almost always meet this criteria. With a queen-sized bed, things are more complicated. There is no topper size that will cover one half of a queen. Therefore, you will likely need to buy an x-long twin sized topper and trim it so that it will fit half of the mattress.
