As no one has commented on your question just thought I'd give my free advice :-). Honestly I can't imagine many people would have the answer to this question and probably your best bet would be to call the hotels you're interested in staying at to check and see. Memory foam mattresses, in my experience, are very rare in hotels.

You might consider the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport. Westin has their infamous Heavenly Bed system. Personally have never heard of this particular hotel, just found it on Google. Very kind of you to reply with suggestion/link. I'm considering purchasing a memory foam mattress for home use, that's why I was hoping to find a hotel to "try before I buy". I know there are hotels that have these mattresses, they're just difficult to locate. -:- Message from TripAdvisor staff -:-TripAdvisor staff removed this post either because the author requested it, or because it did not meet TripAdvisor's forum guidelines./pages/forums_posting_guidelines.htmlWe remove posts that do not follow our posting guidelines, and we reserve the right to remove any post for any reason. In the UK it's fine if you're travelling by car or train but for abroad, i put the mattress folded into my suitcase. It is a Prima Comfort travel mattress set and i bought from SUMMIT TOPPERS, i bought for £109. That may help your situation! I am arthritic and have had many hotels with great beds.

however as you mentioned home use. I thought you may like to know my opinion. I had a memory foam topper for many years and finally bought a memory foam mattress a year ago. God I wished I had bought it years ago. I now sleep very well considering my disability. I have also bought a travel topper for holidays which so far has helped, even if I have had to fold it in half on a wood based bed with a cheap mattress is worked as the pain I get is in my hips and legs. Hope this helps you make your decision. I have also found that the Ibis hotels I have stayed in are pretty good too. Along with Best Western, De Vere hotels especially the The Vale, nr Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan. One destination mentioned in this post Welcome to the forum. It is great that you wanted to add to this thread. Unfortunately the OP (Original Poster) asked the question back in 2011. I guess there is some chance that she is still looking for information. Truth be known, it would be far better to add to threads that are current.

Generally that means up to 6 months old. I love that members continue to add information to this post. I STILL have not made a decision about the mattress as I have yet to sleep on a memory foam bed. Unfortunately I am in that age group of women that tend to get a little 'warm' at night and worry that memory foam may be too hot. I have heard that La Quinta Hotel in Richmond might have some rooms with memory foam mattresses, so I may have answered my own question! On our last trip I travelled with an air mattress and was very grateful to have it along. If you have a room with a kingsize mattress, two single air mattresses will fit quite nicely. Some hotel beds can be pretty darned rock-like! Again, thank you for taking the time to reply to my question. I too, have found Best Western Hotels to have pretty decent beds.
