When I removed the mattress from the box there was a damp smell from it. I left it in an out building to air thinking the smell was due to the newness of the mattress but after a... prompt service and soooo comfortable Love this so comfy and quick delivery Brought this to try and rescue a mattress that had started off great but suddenly has gotten really soft and totally uncomfortable to the point that it was unusable. It's not high density foam and not as thick as I expected. I would have bought a different one of I'd known it wouldn't be high density. Make your bed more comfortable , we had some guest over one year with out this on the mattress and the follow year with it.I brought this for my caravan. it is really comfy and cosy. I have found that when its very cold it tends to get firmer and doesn't spring back to shape but...
