In-Store Pickup/Ship to Store All items are available for in-store pickup free of charge. Mattress Warehouse will send a pickup confirmation when your order is available for pickup. Please be sure to bring your receipt and a photo ID when you pickup your order. Due to variations in inventory between stores, some items may not be available at your local store and will require shipping from our warehouse. These items are generally available for pickup within 5-7 days from placing your order. Mattresses, mattress sets, box springs and large furniture items will arrive via freight truck. A customer service representative from Mattress Warehouse will call to arrange delivery. An adult 18 or over must be at home to accept delivery. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. The delivery fee includes delivery of merchandise, placement in the room of your choice and the removal of shipping materials.
