They are ready to use as soon as you get them. My pillow has a strange smell, smells like plastic and I just bought it few days ago from Brick so please help as to what I can do as I love the pillow but not the smell.Due to the nature of memory foam, some pillows can hold an odor. Please allow your pillow a few days to air out and the smell should dissipate. We would definitely recommend another 5-7 days for your pillow to air out. We would even suggest letting it air out outside! I am 5'10" 175, very average build. I bought the side and back sleeper. Both have profiles so high that I can't sleep on my side with either one. I don't think my head's particularly large.

Like a 1.0, or if you like your pillows really flat, you may want to try the 0.0 profile, which is called a Pillow Pad. I have the pillow for a while and was wondering how to clean it.All of our pillows can be spot washed with a gentle soap. Our Performance Pillows cannot go into the washer because they can absorb a lot of water making it hard to dry. Moisture trapped in your pillow can create mildew, so it's healthiest to just "touch-up" the pillow as needed and to use a Dri-Tec pillow protector if you want to best protect your pillow investment and have a removable, washable cover. For the past 5 months I have been sleeping on a Temperpedic Breeze Adjustable bed and using a Aspire Side pillow and I LOVE BOTH. I want to get the firmest pillow. I am female 5'4", 225 lbs.
