What kind of warranty do you offer on your products? All Comfort Revolution products come with a warranty guarantee – the warranty on mattresses is 20 years, the warranty on toppers is 10 years, and pillows come with a 5 year warranty.
If purchased in the USA or Canada from a valid retailer, your product will be replaced if it proves to be defective or fails to withstand normal wear during the warranty period. Body temperatures adjust differently for each individual throughout the night on all sleep platforms. Can I use my existing bed frame or foundation with your mattresses or do I need to buy a new one? Our mattresses will work with all bed supports, foundations, and box springs. How are your mattresses packaged? Our mattresses are rolled and compressed in either a bag or a box to reduce our carbon footprint and cut down on your shipping costs.
They are hermetically sealed before shipping to prevent intrusion of allergens and pests. They arrive right on your doorstep and can be easily unpacked for decompression in your room. How long do I have to wait for my mattress to decompress before I can sleep on it? You should be able to enjoy the benefits of your mattress in as little as 4 hours from the time it is unpacked from the box. However, due to certain variables such as temperature, it could take up to 48 hours for full recovery. How do I clean the pillow? For the best results, remove the outside cover of your pillow, machine wash it in cold water and let it air dry. The pillow itself should only be spot washed. Cleanse with a small amount of soap and warm water. Why does the pillow smell and how do I get rid of it? Comfort Revolution pillows are manufactured with premium materials and are packaged shortly after production to ensure quick delivery. Based on the packaging process, odors may not have had enough time to dissipate completely.
These fumes are non-toxic and harmless. To eliminate the odor, remove the pillow from its covers, launder the covers and allow the pillow time to air out for a few days before usage. Use a fan for faster results. Can I use a pillowcase? If you use an alternative pillowcase, we recommend using a thinner material. A thicker layer may weaken the cooling effect of the hydraluxe gel. Do your pillows come in different sizes? Currently Comfort Revolution offers one standard pillow size. We do offer our Cool Cases, pillowcases with gel technology, in Queen and King sizes. For the best results, please ensure you are sleeping with the hydraluxe gel side of the pillow facing upwards. The pillow should stay cool for the first few hours of sleep and may warm up to your body temperature. The contour pillow is specifically designed for additional support around the neck and is recommended for people who sleep primarily on their back and occasionally on their stomach. However, each pillow style has been modified to provide extreme upper body relief and is designed to align the neck and spine for continual comfort. What is the difference between the waves and bubbles? Both the bubble and wave hyraluxe pillows have the same quality cooling effect and supportive memory foam. The colors and patterns are added decorative features that were designed to fit your personal preference and do not affect the functionality of the product.
