I get numb hands with pins & needles if I lay slightly on either side, middle & lower back ache the longer I stay in bed. I can't do a lay in. Headaches from my neck and in the last year or so, very poor circulation in my legs. The side effect being mostly 1 but sometimes 2, freezing feet, despite having being tucked up and nice & warm everywhere else!I found it more comfortable to sleep sat up, so I bought a wedge pillow BED WEDGE WITH WASHABLE,QUILTED POLY COTTON COVERto add to my other 4 feather pillows (tried the ortho neck pillow) and the 5th to soften to hard feel of the wedge! If I managed to not move all night, I wouldn't get so much lower & middle back pain.My old mattress is a pocket sprung orthopaedic good quality mattress costing £500 11 yrs. ago. I hated the damn thing and never found it relived my pain. Over the last couple of years especially, going to bed was a necessary evil to be endured! Was it the mattress or just my back? Most Recent Customer Reviews Very Happy with this mattress. the worst mattress i have ever slept on,it, sagged into the middle, the foam was too flimsy, gave me bad backache & after 14 months it has started falling apart. Lasted a year, has now gone really soft and is causing backaches but was good until then. At 85kg expect around 11-12 months before you need a new one This mattress will bring you closer in bed, because you both end up in a hole in the middle.Don't worry you will never fall out, as its all uphill . Super comfortable, great nights sleep, will always have memory foam now!...I had slept on one at my friends for a tune so I knew what I was getting. This mattress is quite firm and comes all rolled up. It's a little soft A lot more "bounce" than my other memory foam mattress. It is also a lot lighter too. I would say this is a good product but only worth it at the £200 - £250 discounted... Bought for my son for Christmas. He's very pleased with it.

Says it is very comfortable. Fits bed frame perfectly. Can't comment on durability yet but seems well made. Bed sizes also vary according to the size and degree of ornamentation of the bed frame. Dimensions and names vary considerably around the world, with most countries having their own standards and terminology. In addition, two mattresses with the same nominal size may still have slightly different dimensions, due to manufacturing tolerances, amount of padding, and support type. Beds vary by country of origin as per the table below.

These dimensions are for the mattress – actual bed frames are a little larger to accommodate the mattress. Mattress thickness varies considerably. The standard bed sizes are: In addition to the sizes described above, other sizes have found some acceptance in North America, including: Common UK and Ireland sizes Most modern beds/mattresses sold in the UK and Ireland are constructed using metric dimensions. It is worth noting that "bed size" in the UK generally refers to mattress size. This is because mattresses have a standard size grading, whereas bed frames do not. While many companies in the UK do offer bespoke bed making services, most mass-produced bed linens, bed frames and mattresses fit only the standard bed sizes above. A common mistake is to use a mattress size as the required space for the full dimensions of the bed and mattress. Single size beds are usually 90 cm wide by 190 cm long.
