I know, I’ll make meditation benches and give them away free, then everyone can sit comfortably and experience mindfulness and… Oh wait, I’m thinking… breathe in, breathe out… --- Please Select --- Natural 18 cm (standard) Dark brown 18 cm (standard) Natural 16 cm (for people ‹ 5'5 or 165cm) Dark brown 16 cm (for people ‹ 5'5 or 165cm) IKUKO usually ships within 1-3 business days. NATURAL POSTURE MADE EASIER Meditation often comes along with a spiritual approach, a search, a communion. Sometimes merely to take a break, regenerate, but also to understand, clarify, channel… Everyone practices and enjoys meditation in different ways. However it’s in the emotion as well as in the expression of feelings of peace, understanding and freedom that harmony is found. With this vision in mind, the IKUKO meditation bench was designed to soften our practice, allowing us to find a more natural and comfortable way of sitting. IKUKO is the ideal kneeling bench allowing you to sit in a natural, balanced and relaxed posture, preserving your freedom of movement and the benefits of a posture chair.

IKUKO is originally a meditation bench designed to soften the practice of meditation to people struggling with the lotus or semi-lotus, but is also found to be enjoyed in various situations such as : eating at a coffee table, reading, working, playing with kids ... * With IKUKO, sitting becomes intuitive, you can instantly concentrate on your activity. * The open sitting angle between thigh and torso and the kneeling position allows the back to automatically straighten up and so the spine balances properly over the pelvis, rediscovering its natural curve. * The tensions in the back and shoulders are prevented, muscles are relaxed, for a better circulation and energy flow. * The open chest makes breathing easy, improving oxygen levels for a better circulation of your energy and a general feeling of well-being. * No need for a cushion. * IKUKO can be dismantled : remove both feet, slip the bench into its cotton bag, and here we go, IKUKO with you everywhere!

* Made of a curved and arched seat, to provide you with the best comfort. * Made in massive wild cherrywood. * IKUKO can be dismantled and comes with its 100% Organic Cotton bag. * 100% designed and manufactured in Quebec, Canada. * Overall dimensions : D 20cm; * Please note that because the stool IKUKO is made in massive wood, the veinage and the tint are not uniform. Each bench has nuances, which make it unique and of a big beauty. The Gola lamp has a beautiful smooth slender orb shape with two patterns, one on bottom and another on top. Both modern and Eclectic. Would look amazing on both sides of a bed. > chairs, recliners in Nanaimo Get an alert with the newest ads for chairs, recliners in Nanaimo. Water has always been a huge part of my life. Having grown up around water, and mostly in the water, I have spent some of the best years of my life doing water sports and having a career in aquatics, as a lifeguard and swim instructor. For me the water has been a place of fun, excitement, peace and learning. I have never been more challenged and at the same time embraced, as I am in the water. It has taught me more about myself then I could have ever imagined. After being introduced to SUP from Wendy and getting out on the water just once, I knew SUP was for me. Having an active water sport background and also the safety and instruction aspect of working in aquatics, I felt in my element. I feel at home on the water. Aside from the reasons of SUP being fun, active, and an outdoor adventure, I decided to teach because of Wendy and her awesome company that is WAKE UP SUP.  Wendy and her company represent so many of my values I have in my own life, and the way I choose to live.
