1. Dire Dawa Administration Agriculture Water. Mine & Energy Office has funds within the Procuring Entity's budget to be used for the procurement of different Livestock medicine & laboratory chemicals for LOT-I & LOT-II
2. Dire Dawn Administration Water, Mine & Energy Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply livestock medicine & laboratory chemicals
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open rendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to the bidders
4. A Complete of bidding document and detail technical specification in English can be purchased direct From Dire Dawa Administration Water, Mine Energy Office up on payment of a non refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr).
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of ETB 30.000.00 (thirteen thousand Birr) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before October 14, 2020 9:30AM. Bids will be opened in the present at the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below on October 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM
