INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER 

Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization and established 1999 in jigjiga Ethiopian, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in Ethiopian Somali Regional State. With Emergency Integrated Health and WASH response to COVID-19 from GFO through Arch Enova "in Shabele zone of Somali regional state". OWDA wants to purchase of PPE Kit) in Denan, kelafo and Gode Woredas of Shabele Zone. 

This invitation is therefore is to secure competent Suppliers (s) for the providing of PPE kit. 

Interested suppliers qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for supply of PPE kit and have valid trading licenses, meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Offices during office flours: 

OWDA Head Office, Lion Building 9th Floor, Maskel Square, Addis Ababa, 

Ethiopia, Telephone (0115) 537041/ OWDA Jijiga Office, Kebele 04, Jigiga, Ethiopia, Telephone 0257752085 The tendering is from 18th September 2020- 2nd October 2020. 

The deadline for picking the tenure documents is October 1st, 2020, 5:00 PM and submission of tender is October 2nd, 2020 10:00AM. Bids shall be opened at OWDA Jigjiga office on October 2nd, 2020, 10:30 AM in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend. 

The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all Tender Further instructions are contained in the tender document/RFQ
